Peru's Mall Aventura received a 5.5-year, $48 million leasing facility from local lender Interbank to fund construction of the first shopping mall in the city of Iquitos, a source close to the deal said on Tuesday. The leasing agreement is secured by a cash flow trust agreement, a surface right agreement and a mortgage on the land, the source said.
