Paraguay's Telecel reopens notes

Paraguayan wireless telecommunications carrier Telefónica Celular del Paraguay (Telecel) on Tuesday added $250 million to its 5.875% 2027 notes at a reoffer price of 106.375 to yield 4.817%, according to sources involved in the deal. The company, which does business under the brand name Tigo, opened the initial price talk on the retap at 105.75 to yield 4.919% and then set guidance at 106.25, plus or minus 0.125, before launching the deal at 106.375, one source said.  The bookrunners were BBVA,
