Brazilian steel company Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) has scheduled a roadshow to pitch a dollar-denominated, benchmark-sized bond deal of intermediate maturity to raise funds to buy back its 6.5% 2020 notes, a source involved in the deal told LatinFinance on Friday.
The company has hired BB Investimentos, Bank of America, Bradesco BBI, BTG Pactual, Citi, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley and Santander to arrange the sale. CSN officials and the bookrunners will meet investors in London on January
