Engie Energía Chile, the Chilean subsidiary of the French electric utility company Engie, has booked a roadshow to pitch a dollar-denominated, benchmark-sized bond sale to investors, a source involved in the deal told LatinFinance on Wednesday.
Bank of America, Citi and Scotiabank will take Engie to meet investors in Santiago, London, Boston, Los Angeles and New York from January 16 to January 22, the source said.
The company also announced on Wednesday that it wants to buy back its 5.625% 2021
