Brazil's private healthcare company Rede D'Or São Luiz issued $850 million worth of 10-year bonds on Tuesday, raising money to pay off debt and fund investments, according to sources familiar with the deal.
Rede D'Or priced the 2030 bonds at par with a coupon of 4.5%, one source said.
The company had opened the initial price talk in the 4.875% area. It then set guidance at 4.625%, plus or minus 12.5 basis points, before launching the deal for $750 million at 4.5%. It ended up increasing the size
