Bank of America has promoted Jorge Ortiz de la Peña to the head of loan syndications and acquisition finance in Latin America, a spokesperson for the bank confirmed on Tuesday.
Ortiz remains in his previous role as the head of debt capital markets in Mexico. He reports to Max Volkov the head of capital markets, syndicated loans and structured projects for Latin America, according to the spokesperson.
