The Minas Gerais state power company Cemig said it has named Reynaldo Passanezi Filho as its new CEO to replace Cledorvino Belini, who had run the company since February last year. Passanezi Filho was previously CEO of Companhia de Transmissão de Energia Elétrica Paulista (CTEEP), a local electricity transmission company controlled by the Colombian state-owned holding company Interconexión Eléctrica (ISA).
