Moody's said it has assigned first-time ratings to Brazil's BR Distribuidora, giving the fuel distribution business a Ba1 on the global scale and a Aaa.br on the local scale.
The ratings mainly reflect BR Distribuidora's position as the largest service station operator in Brazil and its "adequate credit metrics," Moody's said in a report.
