Chilean bottling company Embotelladora Andina plans to sell roughly $300 million worth of bonds to raise money for general corporate purposes, a source familiar with the details of the deal told LatinFinance on Friday.
The Santiago-based company has hired Bank of America, Goldman Sachs and Santander to arrange the sale and booked a roadshow from January 13 to January 15, the source said.
