Chilean chemical company Sociedad Química y Minera (SQM) will sell 30-year bonds as part of an effort to fund its capital expenditure program while also seeking to reduce its outstanding debt burden, the chief financial officer told LatinFinance in a telephone interview on Thursday.
"The exact size of the issuance will depend on demand," said CFO Gerardo Illanes.
