French investment firm Ardian and Chilean fund manager CMB Prime have agreed to buy 33% of a toll road business from Canada's Brookfield Infrastructure Partners for an undisclosed amount.
The concessionaire owns and operates the Vespucio Norte Express and the Túnel San Cristóbal in Santiago, Ardian said in a press release on Friday.
The 29km Vespucio Norte Express still has 14 years left in the concession contract, while the 4km Túnel San Cristóbal has 18 years, Ardian said.
