The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) said it has provided a 20-year, $90m loan to increase transparency on the use of public funds in Paraguay.
The carries a rate based on Libor and comes with a five-year grace period, the IDB said in a press release.
The IDB also supplied a $25m loan to increase the use of digital services for government agencies in Uruguay. The Uruguayan government has matched the 25-year loan with a $5m contribution, the development bank said.
