Russians buy Brazil's Heringer

The Russian chemical company Uralchem and the fertilizer producer Uralkali have agreed to buy Brazil's Fertilizantes Heringer for as much as $115m. The Russian firms will pay BRL2.00 ($0.48) per share to acquire at least 51.5% of Heringer. Uralchem and Uralkali will spend at least $59m but not more than $115m, Heringer said in a securities filing on Monday.
