Algar Telecom and Vix Logística said they plan to raise money for investments by issuing debentures in the local market. Algar has scheduled a two-part deal for BRL350m ($84m) on October 10 with one series of five-year notes and another of seven-year notes. The five-year paper will pay up to 100.7% of the DI interbank lending lending rate, while the seven-year notes will pay up to 100.85% of the DI, the telecommunications company said in a securities filing.
