Colegios Peruanos has sold PEN230m ($69m) in local bonds, the first issue under the education company's PEN1bn bond program, according to press reports.
Credicorp Capital and Interbank structured the deal and priced the 15-year notes at 5.96875%, or 185bp over government bonds, after orders reached PEN313m, press said.
The company, which does business under the name Innova Schools, plans to use the proceeds to build 14 schools.
