Brazil's Petrobras said on Friday that it has sent out teasers for four refineries as it looks to sell downstream assets to raise money to pay off debt.
The refineries are Gabriel Passos (Regap) in Minas Gerais, Isaac Sabbá (Reman) in Amazonas, Lubrificantes e Derivados de Petróleo do Nordeste (Lubnor) in Ceará and the Shale Industrialization Unit (Six) in Paraná, Petrobras said in a statement.
Regap has a processing capacity of 166,000 barrels per day and comes with 720km of natural gas pipelin
