Cálidda, the natural gas business of Grupo Energía Bogotá (GEB) in Peru, said it has sold PEN342m ($102m) in 10-year notes in the local market.
Credicorp Capital was the sole bookrunner on the deal and priced the notes at 5.03%, or 83bp over government bonds, after orders reached PEN744m, Cálidda said in a press release on Friday. The buyers included local pension funds and insurance companies, it added.
