Adtalem Global Education is looking to sell its Brazilian business for roughly BRL2bn ($504m) as it reshuffles its international operations, LatinFinance has heard.
The Illinois-based education company has hired Morgan Stanley to help find a buyer for the business, which runs 15 private university campuses under the brands Ibmec, Damásio and Wyden, according to an analyst in São Paulo.
