IDB Invest and IFC are leading a $600m loan for LD Celulose to build a dissolving wood pulp facility in Brazil, according to a document from IDB Invest.
The two multilateral lenders have split the underwriting duties loan evenly. IDB Invest said it will provide a 10-year loan for up to $200m with its owns funds and contribute up to $50m from the China Co-Financing Fund for Latin America and the Caribbean.
