Brazilian infrastructure company Triunfo said it has agreed to sell three subsidiaries to the US asset management firm BlackRock for BRL170m ($42.8m).
BlackRock's energy and power infrastructure funds will acquire Triunfo's shares in Juno, Tijoá and CSE Energia through the deal, the Brazilian company said in a statement.
Juno owns 50.1% of Tijoá, which operates the Três Irmãos hydroelectric power plant in the state of São Paulo. It also holds 50.1% of the electric power transmission company GSE.
