Brazil's Taesa has confirmed plans to issue BRL450m ($108m) in long-term infrastructure debentures in the local market and has hired BTG Pactual to be the lead coordinator.
Santander and XP Investimentos will work with BTG Pactual as bookrunners and price the 25-year notes on September 27. The bookrunners can increase the offer by 20%, or BRL90m, to meet excess demand, according to a prospectus from Taesa.
