Colombia's Grupo Argos has issued COP450bn ($130m) in local bonds, raising money to pay down debt and fund investments, LatinFinance has confirmed.
The Bogotá-based infrastructure and energy group split the deal into three parts with series of three-, six- and 15-year notes. The three-year notes priced at a fixed rate of 5.78%, while the six-year notes came to 2.44% over the IPC consumer price index and the 15-year notes were 3.2% over the IPC, said a bonds banker in Bogotá.
