Brazil's Taesa plans to issue BRL450m ($108m) in infrastructure debentures in the local market to raise money for investments, according to a report from Moody's.
Specifically, Taesa will use the proceeds from the 25-year notes to finish construction of three power transmission lines, Paraguaçu, Aimorés and Sant'Anna, Moody's said.
