Corficolombiana plans to sell COP500bn ($147m) in new notes in the local bond market next week, rising money to cover general corporate expenses, LatinFinance has heard.
The financial services firm has picked Casa de Bolsa, a brokerage firm owned by the same parent company, Grupo Aval, to manage the sale and also hired the brokerage divisions of Credicorp and Davivienda as joint placement agents, said a fund manager in Bogotá.
