Aleatica said it has agreed to sell its 49% stake in the Toluca International Airport concession to the state-owned airport operator GACM.
Aleatica and GACM are still negotiating the value of the deal, along with technical, legal, financial and accounting aspects, Aleatica said in a securities filing.
The Toluca airport will be entirely in public hands when the sale closes. The state of Mexico owns 26% and the federal government's ASA has the remaining 25%.
