Brazil's Trisul said it has hired BTG Pactual and Bradesco to advise on a possible equity offering on the B3 stock exchange in São Paulo.
The real estate company did not say how much money it could raise from the sale of new shares, but it added that the offering depended on market conditions in Brazil and abroad.
Trisul went public in October 2007, earning BRL319m ($177m at the time) from the sale of 29m shares for BRL11 each. Trisul's shares rose 3.43% on Friday to end the week at BRL8.74.
