Brazil's Petrobras said it has issued invitations to present binding offers to buy its 93.7% stake in Breitener Energética, which operates two thermoelectric plants in the state of Amazonas.
The two plants — Tambaqui and Jaraqui — have 315 MW in installed capacity and a 120 MW offtake agreement through 2025 with Amazonas Energia.Eligible bidders must have at least BRL400m ($99.9m) in equity or assets under management to present an offer.
