Mexico's América Móvil has secured a $2.5bn revolving credit facility from 17 lenders, LatinFinance has heard.
BBVA, BNP Paribas, Citi, Intesa Sanpaolo and Santander were the joint bookrunners on the five-year deal, while Bank of America, Barclays, JPMorgan, Mizuho, MUFG, Scotiabank and Société Générale entered the loan as mandated lead arrangers. Commerzbank, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, HSBC and Morgan Stanley completed the syndicate as participants, said two sources involved in the deal.
