Mexican real-estate investment trust Terrafina will meet investors on July 10 and 12 to market a benchmark cross-border bond to fund a buyback and raise capital for expansion, LatinFinance has learned.
“I expect them to do very well,” said the syndicate banker with one of the bookrunners, which includes JP Morgan, BBVA, Citi and Barclays. “The company is a good name, and this is a hot sector after Funo did a deal recently.”
