Vista Oil & Gas has priced a share sale on the New Stock Exchange (NYSE), aiming to raise as much as $106m for investments.
The company, based in Mexico City, sold 10m shares for $9.25 each and also gave the underwriters the option to sell another 1.5m shares at the same price.
Citi and Credit Suisse are joint bookrunners and joint global coordinators, while Itaú BBA, Morgan Stanley and Santander are joint bookrunners.
