Mexico's Fibra Uno said it has secured a new revolving credit line for a total of MXN21.4bn ($1.12bn), split between one tranche in pesos for MXN13.5bn and another in dollars for up to $410m.
The lead arrangers BBVA and Santander brought another nine lenders to the five-year syndicated revolver, which Fibra Uno used to replace the MXN17bn credit line it signed in 2015.
