The Santa Isabel solar project has secured financing from a five-bank syndicate led by the French banks BNP Paribas and Crédit Agricole, along with three other international banks, LatinFinance has heard. The Chilean law firm PPU provided local counsel on the deal, a source said.
The financing package closed on Friday, according to two of the sources. The other three banks involved in the deal and the size of the deal couldn't be confirmed.
