Bolivia’s President Evo Morales will present new plans to finance the Bi-Oceanic Railroad project at the upcoming Mercosur summit in Santa Fe, Argentina on July 17. Morales will offer Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay’s leaders details on how his country will help bankroll the $15bn project that would cut across South America.
