Bolivia’s YPFB has joined a growing list of bidders for Petrobras’ natural gas distribution and transport assets.
Bolivia’s national oil company said it's looking to buy a stake in the Bolivia-Brazil gas pipeline. Petrobras is divesting a 51% stake in the pipeline. Several other companies, including France’s Engie, Canada’s Brookfield, China’s CSN and TCG, are also expected to bid for some of the assets.
