Arroyo Energy has raised $80m to build a 70 MW solar power portfolio in Chile, COO Rudolf Araneda told LatinFinance.
The deal is split into a seven-year, $65m loan and a $5m letter of credit facility from the French bank Natixis along with a CLP6.8bn ($10m) VAT loan from the local lender Banco Bice.
