Brazilian delivery services app Loggi said it has raised $150m in its latest funding round and is now valued at $1bn.
SoftBank and Microsoft led the fundraising with the venture capital firms GGV, Fifth Wall and Velt Partners, Loggi said in a statement.
SoftBank's Vision Fund invested $111m in the delivery company in October last year. The Japanese group has since formed a $5bn technology fund for Latin America and opened offices in São Paulo.
