Brazil's EcoRodovias said it plans to sell BRL1.1bn ($283m) in debentures in the local market and use some of the money to make cash contributions to its subsidiaries.
The toll road operator did not say which banks it has hired to lead the deal or how it expects the one-year notes to price.
EcoRodovias worked with BTG Pactual when it sold BRL900m in debentures in April. The deal involved BRL834m in five-year notes at 130bp over the DI interbank lending rate and BRL66.3m in seven-year notes at 55
