CPFL Energia Renováveis, the renewable energy division of Brazil's CPFL Energia, has earned BRL838m ($217m) from the sale of debentures in the local market, according to the capital markets association Anbima.
CPFL Renováveis split the deal in two with BRL538m in four-year notes and BRL300m in three-year notes. The lead coordinator Itaú BBA priced the 2023s at 106% of the DI interbank lending rate and the 2022s at 104.75% of the DI, according to Anbima.
