Brazil's Cielo has sold BRL3bn ($784m) in debentures in the local market, raising money to buy back international notes.
Bradesco led the deal for the payments processing company, pricing the three-year notes at 103.8% of the DI interbank lending rate, according to the local capital markets association Anbima.
Cielo raised the money to repurchase the 3.75% 2022 notes that it sold in 2012.
In other deals in the Brazilian bond market, Rede D'Or São Luiz raised BRL1bn from the sale of 10-year notes
