Copel, the Paraná state power company, and ViaPaulista, a toll road concession owned by Arteris, have raised BRL900m ($234m) combined from the sale of debentures in the Brazilian market, according to the local capital markets association Anbima.
Copel issued BRL500m in three-year notes at 106% of the DI interbank lending rate, raising money to redeem older notes and add to working capital. BTG Pactual was the lead manager on the debt sale, according to Anbima.
