BRK Ambiental, a Brazilian water treatment company owned by the South Korean conglomerate GS Group, has issued BRL450m ($117m) in debentures in the local market, according to the capital markets association Anbima.
The lead coordinator Itaú BBA priced the one-year notes at 110bp over the DI interbank lending rate, according to Anbima.
