Colombia's Empresa de Energia del Pacifico (EPSA) has closed the acquisition of Enertolima after securing two loans and issuing local bonds to fund the purchase, the head of IR, Jesús Cadavid, told LatinFinance.
EPSA agreed to buy the power distribution company in the department of Tolima for COP1.68tn ($514m) in March. The deal closed two weeks ago, Cadavid said.
