Mizuho is reshuffling its investment banking team for Latin America as part of a broad growth plan announced last year, LatinFinance has heard.
The Japanese bank has named Mark Tuttle and David Costa as the co-heads of investment banking in the region. Tuttle was previously a managing director of debt capital markets, while Costa was the head of corporate finance for Latin America.
Tuttle and Costa will cover the bond markets and also focus on loan origination in Brazil, Mexico, Chile and Colomb
