Mexico's Vesta is looking to get a new loan to refinance $150m in debt before the end of the third quarter this year, LatinFinance has heard.
"We have a five-year, $150m loan expiring in July 2021 with BBVA, Citi and HSBC," said investor relations executive Christianne Ibáñez. "We could take another mixed, five- to 10-year loan by August, but it depends on the price."
The same three lenders plus two more banks will likely offer to provide the new loan, Ibáñez added.
