Brazil's Neoenergia has filed for an IPO with the local securities regulator CVM and named the underwriters it has hired to manage the offering.
BB Investimentos, the investment banking division of the state-owned lender Banco do Brasil, is the lead manager, while Bank of America is the stabilizing agent and JPMorgan is the additional coordinator. The other banks on the deal are Citi, Credit Suisse and HSBC, Neoenergia said in a securities filing.
