UK private equity firm Actis is holding out for more offers for the Mexican renewable energy company Zuma Energía, LatinFinance has heard.
Actis and its partner Mesomerica Investments received one bid for Zuma that did not meet the minimum amount set by the owners, said a source following the deal. The source said he did not know the name of the bidder.
