UK emerging markets investors Actis said it has raised $150m for a Certificado de Proyectos de Inversión (CerPI) fund on the BMV stock exchange in Mexico City.
Local pension funds managers, known as afores, invested in the 50-year vehicle, which is listed under the ticker ACTPI 19, Actis said in a press release. Credit Suisse was the placement agent, while Creel García-Cuéllar was the legal advisor, Actis said.
