Brazil's Petrobras said it has started the sale of the Cricaré cluster of 27 onshore oilfields in the state of Espírito Santo.

Interested bidders have until June 7 to contact Petrobras about the sale.

Itaú BBA is the financial advisor to the state-owned energy company on the deal, according to the teaser documents.

Petrobras has said it could earn $26.9bn from asset sales through 2023 to lower debt and raise money for an $84.1bn investment program.
