China's Goldwind has hired Bank of China and Santander to arrange a three-year, $475m loan to fund the construction of four wind farms in Argentina, LatinFinance has confirmed.
The bookrunners have opened the loan to other lenders at 165bp over Libor, plus participation fees of 35bp for commitments of $30m and above, 30bp for $20m to $29m and 15bp for $10m to $19m, said a source close to the deal.
Goldwind will use the money to build the Loma Blanca wind farms in the southern province in Chubut.
