Mexico's Credijusto said it has hired Eduardo Mendoza to draft a securities program, secure additional credit lines and create a new fund.
Mendoza has worked as an advisor for Credijusto since 2017 and he was "instrumental" in closing a $100m line of credit from Goldman Sachs, the financial technology firm said in a press release.
Goldman Sachs provided the financing in March to fund Credijusto's loans to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Mexico.
